Menu

What kind of food we should expect?

We cook a different menu each day with meat and vegetarian options. We include different cuisines like Italian, Mexican, Australian, Indian, as well as Asian inspired meals. Checkout what is on our menu.

Is the menu always same?

Menu changes every fortnight; on Mondays.

When do you prepare the meals?

Meal are prepared from scratch every day in our commercial kitchen.

Where can I find ingredients list for the meal?

All ingredients are listed on the meal boxes and available online.

Do you provide pureed meals for infants?

We will soon have pureed meals added to our menu. Please register yourself so that we can keep you posted!

Delivery & Packaging

Child care centre or after school care my child attends in not listed as pickup location. What should I do?

To be able to deliver YumLO to the centre your child attends, we need approval from centre director/owner. Send us details of the centre by emailing at info@yumlo.com.au or call us on 02 8898 9130 and we will request this approval.

What if I cannot collect my meal on the day?

If you cannot pickup meal on the day, drop us a note and we will make sure its safely disposed before the pickup location ends trading. We cannot hold it for next day pick up.

Is your container microwave and oven safe?

Our takeaway containers are tree-free, made from reclaimed and rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp – These containers can handle hot and cold foods, including soups and curries. They are grease and water resistant, with a leak-proof and secure lid. These containers are microwave safe and oven proof up to 220°C for 20 mins and refrigerator and freezer safe.

When do you deliver the meals?

Meals will be ready for pickup from child care centres or after school care by 4pm.
At offices, our meals are delivered by 4pm.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver kids dinner meals to affiliated child care centres and after school care centres.
And offices in and around Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Parramatta, North Parramatta, North Ryde, Macquarie Park, Bella Vista, Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush Bay and Rhodes.

 

How are meals delivered?

All meals are packaged in 100% compostable box and delivered in cool bags or foam boxes to keep temperature at desired level.
For home/office deliveries we prefer hand delivery unless you agree to leave foam box at the front door or reception.
For pickups from child care centres or OOSH, collect meal box, labelled with your name, from cool bag which will be ready for collection by 4pm.

Order

How do I get first meal free?

Your first meal free discount will be applied automatically when you navigate to checkout page. Add meal to the cart and proceed to checkout at which discount will be applied automatically.

Do you offer refund?

If you are not happy with quality of the meal, we will refund your money after discussing the matter with you. Please call us on 02 8898 9130 within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you cancel the order before cut off time, we will credit amount of the order in Wallet for you to use later. For orders cancelled after cut off time, we cannot offer refund. We will make every attempt to donate the meal you have ordered though.

Until what time, can I place my order?

Orders can be placed up to 5 days in advance. Orders must be placed a day in advance at the least for next day delivery/pickup. Cut off time is subject to change so please refer to our Family Meals page for updated cut off time.

How do I order?

Use our mobile friendly website to place your orders. Cashless, hassle free ordering!
Orders can be placed up to 5 days in advance or before 11.00am for same day order.

Is there any minimum order requirement?

For pickups from day cares or OOSH/OHSC, there is $20 minimum order requirement.
For home or office delivery, there is $80 minimum order requirement.
And yes, price includes delivery!

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before 11:00am on the day by calling us on 02 8898 9130.

How can I track status of my order?

You can track your order status online under My Accounts. Email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address with details of your order and also when status of order changes.
